I am a trained veterinarian with a particular interest in reptile physiology and medicine Since my early childhood, I have been continuously involved with animals, including tropical fishes, canaries, finches, parrots, pigeons, dogs, wild animals, and many, many others. As time passed, only snakes I could not leave behind. Since I had my first snake as a pet some 12 years ago, I have found my self completely fascinated with reptiles.
My reptile experience has included work at a research herpetology lab dealing with venomous snakes, managing a private reptile zoo, working at a reptile breeding facility, and, of course, my own animals that I kept for these past 12 years. Herpetology is not just a hobby for me, but rather a lifestyle and science I am driven to advance.
